Whitney Ellison

Whitney Ellison is an attorney with a focus on probate law, estate planning, and business law. She works at Keller, Barrett & Higgins LLC, a Cincinnati-based law firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and he B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. She helps people who have lost their loved ones administer their probate and/or trust estates. Furthermore, Whitney helps people with their estate planning needs, including trusts, wills, health care directives, and powers of attorney.

Outside of law, Whitney is also a content writer, speaker and poet. Her top values include creativity and compassion, which is how outlets like writing, poetry and public speaking serve her. She is married with three awesome kids, is an avid napper, loves running, Pilates and yoga, and is shamelessly obsessed with her three wily Boston Terriers. Whitney is a founding member of WISe Wellness Guild and is involved in Power to Pursue and Galia Collaborative.
