International Women's Day: Challenge for Change Recap
On March 5th we gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day, discussing the challenges women face with money. Statistically, women show greater disparity in financial literacy, generational wealth management, pay, and the impact to income because of choices made between their careers and personal lives.

Joel Stone, Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Fifth Third Private Bank said “treat your financial plan like your career plan.” Use Fifth Third’s Financial Calculator to establish your plan today and make an appointment with a financial planner.
Chelsey Alexander, Programming Officer for Network of Executive Women-Cincinnati and Senior Sales Director at Procter & Gamble shared her intention to become a financial mentor herself and plans to “come armed with the supporting data required when asking for a raise or promotion.”
