WISe Marketplace Onboarding: Process + FAQs

We’re thrilled to welcome you to the WISe Wellness Guild fam! See below for tips, FAQs and resources to best set up your marketplace portal!

Getting Started:

1) Visit our Small Business Member Hub for B2B services. Here you can check out our Coaches Collection and other business resources.

2) Our onboarding page provides access to your WISe Marketplace Setup. This self-service portal enables you to complete your profile and set up products and services for sale or advertisement. You can track all sales on your seller dashboard through your Marketplace Seller Dashboard.

2a) Create your vendor profile. We highly recommend using the same email address and password for your vendor shop account that you created for your WISe membership (for ease of use). You must upload all aspects requested, including a completed W9, for your shop to become active.

2b) Next, add payment details. You must add your PayPal Business information to proceed forward.

2c) Lastly, create your first advertisement for your product or service. Complete all details, including your product visuals, pricing and store terms (including refund policy, Privacy Policy, Terms + Conditions, etc).

**Approval must be granted upon submission prior to going live to the portal. This process can take up to 48 hours.

3) Promote your storefront on social media and tag us! We’ll re-share on our social media stories. Want to collaborate on content? Submit through our member submission portal


FAQ’s:

  • If I’m only advertising, why do I need to provide a W9 and PayPal Business Link? Sometimes we'll broker corporate deals, co-host events or run deals on products/services with you, and having this up front enables us to be more agile!

  • I want to promote my event- how do I do that? Simply add your event to our marketplace as an Advertisement and we’ll promote accordingly!

  • Do you provide social media consultation services? At this time we partner with external partners for all strategic and creative endeavors. Please email us if you’re interested in receiving consultation services or learning more about our growing list of partners.

  • Do you provide gift card options? Yep! If you’re interested in selling gift cards please let us know by sending us an email. Additional setup fees may apply.

  • Do you integrate with a booking service? We do not currently integrate with a booking service.

  • Do you do product fulfillment? WISe does not do product fulfillment. If you’re selling a product or service on the Marketplace, it is your responsibility as the seller to get all purchased items to the customer in a timely manner.
