Karen joined Paycor in 2010 as its first Chief Human Resources Officer. Over her 11-year career, Karen has led Paycor’s workforce growth from 430 to 2,000 Associates while maintaining its strong culture across an expanding geographic footprint. Under her leadership, the People & Performance function is considered a trusted advisor and is deeply embedded in Paycor’s lines of business as drivers of hiring, learning, talent development, retention, and engagement strategies. Before Paycor, Karen sharpened her executive leadership skills at American Modern Insurance Group, Kendle International, and Convergys. Karen is an active contributor to Forbes Human Resources Council.

Jill is CEO of JVM Ventures, Sr. Consultant of Simpactful Consulting and Executive Co Chair of Network of Executive Women, Cincinnati. Jill currently serves as a board director for brands in the better-for-you emerging product space in addition to consulting with Simpactful. Prior to this Jill McIntosh held several leadership roles at The Kroger Co. and began her career as a practicing corporate attorney.
