From the Founder: Year 5: Clarity, Congruence + A 2024 Blueprint

As we embark on a new year filled with opportunities and challenges, it's essential for us, as members of the business community, to reflect on the principles that will guide us to success. In the dynamic landscape of 2024, two words stand out as beacons of guidance: clarity and congruence.

Clarity

In a world inundated with information and distractions, clarity has become a precious commodity. It's about seeing through the noise and focusing on what truly matters. As businesses, we must strive for clarity in our vision, goals, and strategies. Clarity provides direction, aligns teams, and fosters innovation.

Moreover, let's seek clarity in our processes. By leveraging data-driven insights and embracing transparency, we can make informed choices that propel our collective businesses forward.

Congruence

Congruence refers to alignment and harmony, both internally within our organizations and externally with our values and stakeholders. In 2024, let's strive for congruence in all aspects of our operations.

Internally, congruence means fostering a culture where actions align with our stated values. It's about empowering our teams to embody the principles we espouse and ensuring that our organizational structures support our objectives.

Externally, congruence involves building trust and credibility with our customers, partners, and communities. By delivering on our promises, honoring commitments, and acting with integrity, we strengthen our relationships and enhance our reputation.

What’s Next in Year 5?

In the intersection of clarity and congruence lies the recipe for success in 2024 and beyond. By embracing clarity, we sharpen our focus and chart a clear path forward. By embodying congruence, we foster trust and alignment, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and impact.

For our business community we are committing to the following in 2024:

START

  • Monthly WISe Network Zoom Meetings to connect our network with one another. Join our first :45 min connect on February 29th from 11-11:45a. Invite to follow.

  • We are going to move towards a more national presence to expand our impact for each of you. This means that we will be creating community manager roles in our top markets, starting with Cincinnati/ Columbus, Denver, Los Angeles and New York. If you or anyone you know have interest in becoming a WISe regional Community Manager (contract role) please submit an application here.

CONTINUE

  • Continuing to provide opportunities to amplify our network, including corporate keynote opportunities, workshops, speaking engagements and bulk orders. Check out our RFP portal for opportunities as well as ensure your business is visible on the marketplace.

  • Amplify your business through our website, newsletter and social media to reach our 40k+ network of wellness consumers. Submit your content today on our portal, submit for a product giveaway and tag us on social media.

  • Support you with resources to build your businesses in a strategic and meaningful manner.

STOP

  • We are discontinuing the payment services function on our online marketplace- this will serve primarily as a content and advertising platform (outside of limited engagements). We will be in touch with company-specific updates.
