About Maggie Gough
About five years ago Maggie became disenfranchised with the world of corporate wellness. She had done some really incredible work to help people get healthy, but every year continued to see the same results in cohort aggregate biometric screening data. She could tell a lot of other people were growing desperate for results as well because they were starting to pay people to do what we needed them to do to get healthy. Even that wasn't working.
So, she started over. Maggie got curious about what was missing and how we could do a much better job serving employees and the businesses where they worked. That's where Realize Wellbeing was born.
Maggie is a nationally recognized leader, a published author, a dynamic speaker, and a fierce advocate for businesses and the people who work there. She is also dedicated to empowering and emboldening fellow wellness warriors, who through compassion, connection, and vulnerability, will change the landscape of work culture as we know it.
