A Foundation for Wealth Fifth Third Private Bank Leads Conversation with WISe Powered by Paycor and in partnership with Network of Executive Women
Cincinnati, OH— May 12, 2021 — WISe Wellness Guild announced today their partnership with Paycor and Network of Executive Women to present Your Money Story, a virtual program and networking event held on May 12, 2021. This event features up-and-coming financial powerhouse Breanne Bovara, Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor, Fifth Third Private Bank. “Bre” will lead a dialogue around personal finances, and offer tips and actions to working your way to a healthy financial foundation, beginning with your behavior around money.
There is a lot of pressure to perform, and reports of the widening wealth gap only exacerbates the pressure. The average household debt among those who have any debt has risen since 2019 from $140,416 to $145,000 (1) and in a turbulent year with a global pandemic, social unrest, economic distress, and expected policy changes, paying attention to your finances is more important than ever. But the basics of building that foundation shouldn’t change and should be able to withstand tough circumstances, because a healthy habit of building wealth is anticipating the unexpected. We spend so much time building strong relationships with partners, our children and co-workers, but we rarely stop to question our own relationships with money and if it is built on a strong foundation of healthy habits.
“Once you address foundational behaviors that are helping-or hurting- your financial picture, you can move toward the organization and wealth-building phases that will provide you with a sense of achievement toward something you can control these days… financial health” said Bovara.
Paycor, a Human Capital Management company, has leaned in to support a public series on financial confidence after an overwhelming turnout for the International Women’s Day event. The panel discussion positioned practical insight for women and men alike on how to evolve your personal connection to money. “It’s clear that financial wellness is an essential component to Associate happiness and stability. Talking about money is traditionally taboo, so we set out to put together a program where authentic people, with expertise, get real about what everyday people can do better with their money.” said Leah Landis, a Senior Manager in Paycor’s Learning and Development organization. “We wanted to create a meaningful platform to support financial competence, which is a critically important dialogue for our community.”
In this session you can expect to
- Identify your money habits- those you’d like to keep and those you’d like to kick to the curb- and how these habits developed from past experiences
- Pro tips to develop a healthy relationship with money and how to have these conversations with your partner - Take action toward organization and wealth accumulation with relevant financial coaching tips
